Hello, backflow hive - happy new year! We're about to begin our 2025 season, with test routes and regular office hours (weekdays 9-5) resuming the week of January 27th. If you'd like to be added to one of our first routes of the year, please visit our order page for service and scheduling options - most residential orders can be placed online in just a few minutes. Off-season Schedule:
During our off-season (November-January), we take some time to catch up on licensing and get a jump-start on the next testing season. Our next "hibernation" period will span the weeks of November 24th, 2025 - January 19th, 2026, during which test routes will be closed, and we'll have limited off-season office hours.

If you represent a city or county government, school district, water district, or other institutional customer with the ability to schedule your testing during the slower part of our testing season (February, September, or October), please contact us to discuss your testing needs. It helps to have a list of assemblies or prior set of test reports prepared in advance so we can determine the scope of the work. With limited slots available, we try to allocate our testing time to jobs that allow us to group testing, and for equipment and enclosures which are well-maintained.

Our annual testing season is winding down! If you still need testing for 2024, we recommend ordering by 10/31, since final 2024 test routes will take place between 11/1-11/22 (depending on the area). If our order form is still open and processing orders for your water district, city, and/or zip code, then we still have room on an upcoming route for the work.
