abbreviations and Symbols
With limited space to record information on test reports, testers will often use abbreviations on their reports, especially in the "assembly location" section, and sometimes in the test notes section. Below are a few of the common abbreviations that we use (or see) on test reports.

🐶 (or 🐔) = assembly in area with dogs (or chickens)
✊🚪 = knock at door before testing
💧 = box noted as flooding during prior test
✂🌿 = noted need for vegetation trim around box during prior test
