Apollo and Conbraco Repair resources

Note: Conbraco rebranded as Apollo in 2008, and subsequent support for Conbraco-branded models has been spotty. After a series of model number changes, finding resources and parts is also often confusing. Take the information we've provided with a grain of salt, and please give us a call if you have any questions.
Notes:
- We recommend installing new rubber parts during any repair. See our re-build guide for additional details.
- Some manufacturers economize by using a single manual or video to cover a range of related models and sizes. While the assemblies portrayed in your manual or video may not exactly match what you have, general design and repair procedures are the same. We do not produce these manuals or videos and are not responsible for their contents.
- Anybody performing a repair is responsible for following all applicable plumbing and safety rules. Due to the serious dangers of low oxygen in large underground work spaces (such as utility vaults), DO NOT attempt a DIY repair in a vault. Please consult a repair company with the equipment and knowledge necessary to safety enter a vault following OSHA's confined space rules.
