General availability
Residential drop-in Testing
Yes, we're currently taking orders for drop-in residential testing. This service category is intended for outdoor assemblies only and is the type of service we provide at most residential sites. Service calls for these orders are completed along the very next available route through your neighborhood, almost always within 1-2 weeks of your order. You can click here to order a single drop-in test, or contact us for multiple assemblies at a single site.
Residential Testing by Appointment
Sorry, we're currently at capacity for appointment-based residential testing. This includes service calls for indoor assemblies, or any other testing for which the client needs to be available at the time of service. To view a list of testing companies near you, please click here.
Commercial Drop-in Testing
Yes, we're currently taking orders for drop-in commercial testing. This service category is intended for small (2" or smaller), outdoor assemblies only, and these must be freely accessible and testable at all times. Service calls for these orders are completed along the very next available route through your neighborhood, usually within 1-2 weeks of your order. Current pricing is available here - please contact us to set up a service call.
Commercial Testing by Appointment
For appointment-based commercial testing on three or fewer assemblies, we're currently at capacity. If you need testing for four or more assemblies, please contact us so we can check on available scheduling options. Note: appointment-based testing includes service calls for indoor assemblies, or any other testing which requires that testing be limited to particular days/hours due to factors such as access limitations, or to avoid interrupting water service to users or equipment downstream. MUNICIPAL WORK
If you represent a city or county government, school district, water district, or other institutional customer with the ability to schedule your testing during the slower part of our testing season (February, September, or October), please contact us to discuss your testing needs. It helps to have a list of assemblies or prior set of test reports prepared in advance so we can determine the scope of the work. With limited slots available, we try to allocate our testing time to jobs that allow us to group testing, and for equipment and enclosures which are well-maintained.
